Download the upgrade zip file based on the product model from the “SUPPORT-DOWNLOAD” in menu bar.
Does the device work on my car?
Our OBDII scanners work with most 1996 and later OBDII compliant US, European and Asian vehicles. If you are not sure about the compatibility please send us the VIN information to confirm.
Why can’t the fault codes be erased?
Please fix the vehicle issues before erasing codes. If the codes get erased without problems fixed, the fault light may turn on again in the future.
